Sally Moriarty-Flask

Sally Moriarty-Flask

Sally Moriarty-Flask earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from the University of Akron in Akron, Ohio and a Master of Arts degree in Theology from the University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame, Indiana. She spent 30 years as a Medical Technologist, working in both hospital and reference labs. For the past 10 years, she worked as the Assistant Director of Liturgy at her local parish until she retired in August of 2023. For over 15 years, Sally studied scripture in a weekly Bible Study offered by her pastor before joining him to teach that Bible Study side-by-side for the past few years. From His Word to Our Hearts gives Sally the opportunity to present her unique point of view, combining the experiences of a professional woman, wife, and mother with the logic of a scientist and the faith of a theologian, to an audience already familiar with her work as well as to engage with a brand-new audience through her podcast.
